This page explains how ai-productbuilder.com (the “Site”) handles your information and the terms under which you use it. The Site is a portfolio operated by Jules Villarta and Excelsior Consultancy Services, Cebu, Philippines. Questions: info@excelsior-consultancy.com.

The Site is a showcase of work. It does not require an account, and it does not ask you for your name, email, or any personal details to browse.

The only interactive feature that processes your input is Lex, the AI assistant. When you send a message to Lex, the text you type is processed to generate a reply. We do not store your conversations, and there is no database of chat history. Messages exist only for the moment it takes to produce a response.

To answer you, Lex sends your message to Anthropic’s Claude API, which generates the reply and returns it. Your message is processed by Anthropic under their terms and privacy policy. We do not use your messages to train any model, and we do not retain them after the reply is sent.

Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, financial details, or confidential business data in the chat. It is not needed and should not be entered.

Lex is an AI assistant. Its answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Nothing it says is professional, legal, financial, or HR advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Verify important details before acting on them, and contact a human at info@excelsior-consultancy.com for anything that matters.

By using the Site and Lex, you agree not to:

• Attempt to overload, abuse, or automate requests against the chat endpoint or any part of the Site.
• Use the assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to attempt prompt injection or system manipulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Site or its content without permission.

Access may be rate-limited or blocked to protect the service from abuse.

The Site does not set advertising cookies. Lex uses your browser’s temporary session storage only to keep a single chat session active while the page is open; it is cleared when you close the tab and is never used to track you across sites.

The products, designs, written content, and the AI-Powered Solopreneur, The Excelsior Standard, and Claude Power User’s books referenced on this Site are the property of Jules Villarta and Excelsior Consultancy Services. External product links lead to separately operated services.

Because the Site does not collect or store personal data, there is normally nothing held about you to access, correct, or delete. If you believe you have shared personal information through any channel and want it addressed, email info@excelsior-consultancy.com and we will respond consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
